Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with an SEN school in the Broadstairs area that require Support Workers who have a background of working with students with either ASD, Challenging Behaviour and or Mental health conditions
As such we are looking for an individual that has come from a SEN School or PRU that has been an Teaching Assistant, HLTA or Outreach Support Worker. Helping them with coping mechanisms and controlling their own behavioural traits and putting programmes in place aid them in the school setting
The school has an excellent support team and the Headteacher works as part of the extended team. This is an excellent school that has a great people centred ethos
