Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a small; SEN school that is looking for a Functional Skills Teacher to start in March (specific date is flexible). The school caters for pupils from the age of 8 through to 16, with a variety of needs, including SEMH.

If successful, you will be teaching Functional Skills in English, along with some other subject areas, possibly including Science and Maths.

Ideally you will have experience teaching Functional Skills, be that in a mainstream or SEN school. The post would equally suit someone with QTS, or an FE PGCE Qualification, or someone who simply has experience teaching Functional Skills in a similar environment.
