Rikama Education Ltd are seeking a HLTA to join a friendly, committed school within the Gravesend area. Your daily responsibilities will include:
• The delivery of lessons when required
• Completing group interventions when required
• Working as part of a welcoming, friendly team whilst remaining focused on progress
• Supporting overall class development
To be considered for this HLTA position, the successful candidates will have the following:
• Level 4 Teaching Assistant Qualification OR Degree in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
• A record of GOOD and better observations
• Experience of working in the classroom
• The capacity to acknowledge and respond well to feedback and improve
