Rikama Education are working with a primary school in Deal, who are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to start ASAP.

Your hours will be 8:30 – 3:15, Monday – Friday, term time only. This is a long term supply role that could turn into a temp – permanent position.

Your role as a TA will be to:
* Work 1:1 with a pupil in Reception with ASD & Global Delay
*Communicate effectively with the use of visual aids as the pupil is non verbal
*Manage any challenging behaviours effectively
*Liaise with parents. SENCO and external agencies

The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT as part of the extended team.
