Rikama Education are working with a specialist school in Deal, which caters for students with a wide range of additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH), autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and moderate learning difficulties.

The role is due to start in September, on a long term contract. For the right candidate, a permanent contract may be offered.

It is essential that you are self-motivated, proactive and have a passion for supporting those with additional needs. The role is demanding and challenging but very rewarding.

You will be required to work Monday Friday, 8:30 3:30. Term time only.
