Rikama Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school based in Sittingbourne.

The role will involve working directly with children on a 1:1 basis, with a small group of children or with the whole classroom!

Do you have excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and EYFS Curriculum?

Our TAs work with more experienced Teaching Assistants and Teachers so you feel supported, too! You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the development of the children.

Responsibilities of the role:
• Provide one-on-one and small group support.
• Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Supporting children’s welfare.
• Help prepare classroom resources and maintain classroom organisation.
• Adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working with primary-aged children.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to learning.
• Experience working with KS1,KS2.
