Rikama Education is working with a SEN School who are looking for A full-time Teaching Assistant to work in Secondary Education in the Ashford area.
Experience of working with children with ASC and/or SEMH difficulties is desirable, enthusiasm, flexibility and resilience are essential.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and confident team player who is able to demonstrate previous success in working with children. You should also be able to evidence using your own initiative to support successful learning. You will demonstrate the ability to support a positive approach to behaviour management and a calm and friendly manner.

Skills Required
• Experience of working with children across KS3 and KS4
• Experience of working with young people with SEMH & ASC
• Enhanced DBS on the update System, or be willing to get on
