Rikama Education is working with a specialist school based in Ramsgate, who are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to start ASAP.

The school caters for students who have Autism and communication difficulties across ages 4 – 18 years old. You will be required to work 1:1, 2:1 and in small groups.

You will be primarily based within the secondary department of the school.

The hours are 8:30 – 3:30, Monday – Friday. This position is long term until the end of Term 5 with a chance of being extended to the academic year. There will be options for a supply to permanent contract for the right applicants.

It is essential that you are self-motivated, proactive and have a passion for supporting those with additional needs. The role is demanding and challenging but very rewarding.
