Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a SEN School in outskirts of Sevenoaks who are looking to recruit a professional and motived Student Support Assistant.

The role of Student Support Assistant is to support students with complex physical and health needs to develop and achieve within the learning and residential environments, in order to promote their intellectual, physical, social and emotional development.

As a Student Support your responsibilities include:
– To provide a safe, supportive and nuturing learning and residential environment
– Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
– Promote Independance
– Track and monitor student progression
– Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.

The right candidate MUST have:
– Experience of working with children or young adults
– Knowledge of working with a range of complex physical and health needs.
– A full RTW in the UK
