This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexible workwhether you want regular supply or occasional placements to fit around other commitments. It’s perfect for adaptable professionals who enjoy variety and can quickly build positive relationships with new classes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising classes and delivering pre-set lesson work

Keeping students engaged and on task

Managing behaviour in line with school policies

Providing brief feedback or handover notes for permanent staff

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Recent experience in UK secondary schools

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

A flexible, proactive, and professional approach
