Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with an SEN school in the Edenbridge area that require an SEN Teaching Assistant that has a background of working with students with mental health conditions (desirable)
As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working with pupils on a 1to1 and small group basis with ASD / SLD and/or Behavioural Needs and mental health conditions (ADHD). Ideally you will have experience of working as an SEN Teaching Assistant with students and supporting learning KS3 & 4
We are looking for someone who can bring motivation, energy and excellent communication skills to this Teaching Assistant role. You would need to support the class with their educational, physical, emotional and social development, and play an active role alongside the teacher in shaping the learning of the pupils.
