Teaching Assistant Rikama Education

Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Rikama Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students and help transform our local community through education.

About the Role

You will provide 1:1 and group support to students, primarily in the classroom, who have autism or face Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. You will also run small group interventions and act as a mentor or key adult where needed, helping students access and thrive in their learning.

Experienced in supporting young people with autism or SEMH

Additional Information
