Rikama education Limited are working with a Secondary school in South East London for children aged 11-18 for Teaching Assistant positions.

The school is looking for Teaching Assistants to work with pupils in KS3 & KS4 with additional needs.
Pupils will have mental health conditions and/or ASD coupled behaviour that can challenge. The roles are to work supporting learning to students on a 1to 1 basis both in lessons and inclusion.
Teaching Assistants are crucial to ensuring that all students have access to the education they deserve, regardless of any disadvantages they may have.
This is a highly rewarding role and will give you the opportunity to become a key person in a young persons life.
The roles are initially offered on a long term supply basis but do have the potential to go permanent.
