Job Description

Rikama Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join outstanding Primary school located in Rochester.

Immediate start, initially to the end of the academic year with the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities of the role:
·Provide one-on-one and small group support.
·Supporting students from Nursery/KS1/KS2.
·Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
·Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
·Help prepare classroom resources and maintain classroom organisation.
·Adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements:
·An enhanced DBS.
·Previous experience working with primary-aged children is desirable but not essential.
·Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to learning.
