Rikama Education Ltd are working with a fantastic SEND school in Dartford that caters to students from age 5 – 19 with a range of needs including ASC, Down’s Syndrome, Global Delay, learning and behavioural difficulties.

The school are looking for an early years teaching assistant, to support their youngest students from September 2026 or sooner on a long term to permanent basis.

They are looking for someone who:

– has a positive, adaptable and resilient approach
– has supported in nurseries or early years children previously
– has supported children with SEND
– deals with challenging behaviour in a calm and understanding manner and wants to build positive relationships with children
– is available Monday – Friday from 8.30-4pm
