Rikama education Limited are working with a SEN school located in Bexley who are looking to recruit driven and professional Teaching Assistants.

Ideally you will have experience of working as a SEN Teaching Assistant with students and supporting a range of additional needs. In particular we are looking for applicants that are experienced in working with ASD, Autism, or severe learning difficulties

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities include:
– To provide a safe, supportive and nuturing classroom environment.
– To liaise with the lead teacher in preparing the classroom.
– Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
– Track and monitor student progression.
– Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.

The right candidate MUST have:
– Experience of working with children or young adults.
– Knowledge of working with a range of additional needs such as ASD, PMLD.
– A full RTW in the UK.
