Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with an SEN School local to Lingfield who are looking to recruit professional, hard-working and motived Teaching Assistants.

We are looking for driven individuals with a passion for helping others within an educational environment. The ideal candidate will work well as part of a team and show a keen interest in working with the lead teacher to plan, prepare and deliver tailored lessons for students with a range of needs including ASD and SEMH.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant your responsibilities include:
– To provide a safe, supportive and nuturing learning environment.
– Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
– Track and monitor student progression.
– Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
– To assistant with the planning, preparation and delivery of lessons.

The right candidate MUST have:
– Experience of working with children or young adults
– Knowledge of working with a range of additional needs including ASD and SEMH.
– A full RTW in the UK
